For all other makes you need to use a Windows 10 pro laptop with paid OE subscription and often able to use the Maxiflash Elite J2534 part of the kit for the required pass through device for programming, but ultimately you may need to have an LSID if you need to do re programming of keys on OE sites, if you cannot get the PIN # access without an LSID to do the key programming part to finish up.
